After the submission (until 12/12/2014) of the Electronic Statements by the RES Producers in the non-Interconnected Islands, for their classification in the category of RES plants using state aid or in the category of RES plants not using state aid, according to Law 4254/2014, Greek Government Gazette Α’ 85/7.4.2014, the Table of RES Plants is updated following the Announcement of the non-Interconnected Islands Network Operator on 23/7/2014.

RES Plants that are included in the regulations of the Subparagraph ΙΓ.1 and operate less than 12 years with reference point the 1^st of January 2014, the Sale Contract is extended automatically for seven (7) years as well as the required generation and operation permits for equal period of time; the installed capacity will be the equal to the capacity by the 1^st of January 2014.

Plants that are included in this category, they are mentioned in the Table of RES Plants  with extension of the Sale Contract.

The possibility of selection for the compensation of the generated energy according to cases a’ and b’ of subparagraph ΙΓ.4 of the Law 4254/2014 is given to the Producers of the Plants included in this Table.

The selection between the cases a’ and b’  is realized with written irrevocable statement of  the producer addressed to HEDNO and should be submitted at least 6 months before the expiration of the existing Sale Contract and the beginning of its extension. If the statement is not submitted within the above mentioned period of 6 months, the compensation will be calculated with the lowest price of the two cases a’ and b’ of subparagraph ΙΓ.4 of Law 4254/2014.
