Announcement by HENDO, as Operator of the Non-Interconnected Islands (NIIs), on the adjustment of prices for the compensation of PV stations at Non-Interconnected Islands
According to article 67 of l. 4843/2021 (GG A 193/20.10.2021), PV station holders who fall under the second section of paragraph 1 of said article, shall be able to submit an irrevocable declaration to HEDNO within 10 days from the publication of the respective law, which shall state that they do not wish to be included under paragraph 1 of article 67.
The Solemn Declaration shall include the following:
“As the procedural/legal representative of company ………………………, with TAX ID no. ………………………, holder of PV station with Islands Network Operation Department no. ………………………, I declare that I do not opt for the inclusion of this station under paragraph 1 of article 67 of l. 4843/2021.”
The Solemn Declaration shall be sent to i.sotiropoulos@deddie.gr , kl.papaioannou@deddie.gr until 30 October 2021.
Please note that holders of more than one PV station, shall submit separate Solemn Declarations for each Station.
