HEDNO’s Announcement, as non-Interconnected Islands Network Operator, on the Application for RES Plants using state aid or for RES Plants not using state aid in the non-Interconnected Islands

According to the Law 4254/2014, Greek Government Gazette Α’ 85/7.4.2014, HEDNO, as non-Interconnected Islands Operator, implemented and uploaded in its website on the 1^st of August 2014, the appropriate IT system for the reception of RES Producers’ electronic statements so as their Plants to be integrated into the categories of RES Plants using state aid or RES Plants not using state aid, as defined in subparagraphs ΙΓ.1 & ΙΓ.2 of L.4254/2014.

After the expiration of the two-month deadline period foreseen by the law (deadline expiration date is the 1^st of October 2014), the Table with statistical data related to the application of categories of RES Plants using state aid and RES Plants not using state aid
was concluded per technology and activation period for RES Plants in the non-Interconnected Islands so as the interested parties to be informed.

At the same time, HEDNO, as non-Interconnected Islands Operator, provided information on potential retrospective billing by the 1^st of April 2014 and after, to the beneficiaries Producers integrated with their statements in the categories of RES Plants using state aid or RES Plants temporarily not using state aid.
