Please note that the current January 2024 billing notification, includes the PV Station Back-billing Clearance Notes under Article 48 of Law 4951/2022 on the "Upgrade of energy equipment at PV Stations”. The NII Operator prepares a list of PV Stations, in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 48 of Law 4951/2022, which is updated every year from 2022 and onwards, with PV Stations whose annual production is significantly increasing, as specified in paragraph 2 of Article 48 of the same law. If it is proven that their Station has not been upgraded, the NII Operator compensates the Station with a Reference Price that governs their contract and returns the amount of the back-billing clearance amounts that have been offset under paragraph 4 of Article 48 of Law 4951/2022.
