Following the communications dated 22.12.2014 and 08.04.2015 of HEDNO, as Non-Interconnected Islands Operator, referring to the application of the provisions of L.4152/2013 on RES and CHP guarantee provision and after the amendment of these provisions by Article 34 of L.4342/2015, HEDNO as Non-Interconnected Islands Operator, communicates the list of the projects of its responsibility for which the Final Connection Offers issued before 2.1.2016 shall automatically cease to have effect due to non-fulfillment of provisions of L.4152/2013 as amended and in force, namely, due to non-presentation of the envisaged guarantee letter by the promoters of these projects.
