1. Under NII Code Article 188 (GG B' 304/11.2.2014), as in force, HEDNO, as the NII Operator, releases for the attention of all interested parties the following Corrected Statistical Reports based on the Recalculation of the Average Full Cost of Production of Conventional Units and the Average Variable Cost of Production of Conventional Units in NIIs , based on the current Monthly Reports produced per NII Electrical System:

Following approval by RAE of each current annual Statistical Report, the NII Operator shall release all relevant reports produced per NII Electrical System.
