Following HEDNO’s Announcement-Invitation dated on 08.08.2014 for the submission of Producers’ Statements on Technical and Financial Elements of Conventional Plants Units and RES Units, we would like to notify you that, for Wind Parks of electricity systems in the non-Interconnected Islands, the appropriate Excel files will be sent to the Producers via e-mail by the Islands Network Operation Department with the form of Tables so as all the necessary elements to be filled.

Each Producer must save the copy of the file received, should check the correctness of the elements already filled and modify, if required, the fields allowed, should fill in clearly the required elements for each Thermal Unit installed per Conventional Plant, stating them responsibly and with accuracy; the Producer should return the final updated file attached by e-mail to the electronic address of the Islands Network Operation Department ddnst@deddie.gr.

It is pointed out that the submission of the Statement of Technical and Financial Elements is equal to a Sworn Statement by the Producer according to the regulations of the law and the non-Interconnected Islands Code; for this reason, attention should be given during the verification and fill-in of the Statements so as the elements filled to respond completely to the reality.

For this, it is required that the Producer must have the application Excel version 2007 or latest (xlsx files).

Regarding the procedure that will be followed, the elements mentioned in HEDNO’s Announcement-Invitation dated on 08.08.2014 are in force.
