Given that here at HEDNO our priority if both our staff and customers safety as well as the continuation, in every possible way, of the operation of our Company’s Units, we deem necessary that the submission of folders that accompany the applications for RES and CHP connection offers remain for a short, 2 to 3-day period of time in specific points at our Units to be later collected and referenced by the staff, always with strict compliance to the order with which they have been delivered to our Units. 

The reference number shall be notified to the customers with any suitable means that has been selected by each Unit (mail, fax, phone).

We kindly ask for your understanding for this short delay which we hope that will not last long.
