HEDNO announcement on the saturated Peloponnese network reaching its limits from Energy Communities stations, in application of L. 4546/2018 as in force

Pursuant the provisions of article 60, L. 4546/2018 (GG Α’ 101/12.6.2018) as amended with L. 4710/2020 and L. 4819/2021, as well as the provisions of RAE Decision 663/2019, in the saturated Peloponnese network, designated by RAE Decision 699/2012, a limit of a total capacity of 70 MW was provided to be allocated to stations from Energy Communities of L. 4513/2018.
Given that the power limit stipulated above was reached in its entirety with the provision of the Final Connection Offers to PV stations from European Communities of L. 4513/2018, which were accepted by the interested parties by submitting the guarantee letter stipulated by the applicable legislation and until the issuance of a decision to withdraw saturation, the Network Operator would like to inform you that it undertakes the following actions:
- suspension of acceptance of new applications for a Connection Offer for PV stations from European Communities of L. 4513/2018.
- rejection of the pending applications for a Connection Offer for PV stations from European Communities of L. 4513/2018, by returning the submitted files to the interested parties.
