The competent operators (HEDNO S.A. and IPTO S.A.), as part of the application of Ministerial Decision ΥΠΕΝ/ΔΑΠΕΕΚ/74123/2971 (GG 3149/Β/30.07.2020) on the determination of the maximum allowable PV generation for the installation of ≤ 1MW PV stations per Regional Unit in high MW generation in rural areas, are jointly publishing the Table with all other voltage limits for PV stations per Regional Unit and announce the following:

In Regional Units where the maximum limit from PV stations withholding a part of the System or Network, as this is determined in the relevant Ministerial Decision, is covered, the assessment of applications for granting a Final PV Station Connection Offer for High Generation ≤ 1MW PV stations to be installed in rural areas shall stop. Consequently, the Operators announce that:

• They will reject all pending Final PV Station Connection Offer applications as well as any applications that may have resulted in Failure to Connect but remain pending because applicants are still interested to be granted with a Final Connection Offer, with the return to applicants of all submitted folders and documents.
• For joint requests on station exemption, all stations intended for installation in high generation rural areas will be automatically rejected and the assessment of applications for all other stations will continue, provided that their sum does not exceed the limit of 8,0 MW. Otherwise, the application will not be taken into account and the folder will not be further processed.
• New applications for Final Connection Offer will no longer be accepted.
• For new joint requests concerning these Regional Units, the stations participating in these requests must refer to areas/land parcels which have not been characterized as high generation rural areas.
• The assessment of applications for a Final Connection Offer will continue for ≤ 1MW PV stations which are not installed in High Generation rural areas.
