HEDNO Announcement on the application of Article 132 L. 4819/2021 (GG 129/Α/23.07.2021)

As part of the application of Article 132, of L. 4819/2021, following the issuance of Ministerial Decision ΥΠΕΝ/ΔΑΠΕΕΚ/81744/3673 (GG 4221/Β/10.08.2022), the Network Operator would like to inform all connection applicants for PV stations at the saturated grids under this article, that:
- For self-producer PV stations who have entered net or virtual net metering and for stations under the Special Program for the Development of PV Systems at building facilities connection applications shall include the documentation specified in article 34 of L .4951/2022, unless otherwise specified.
- For all other PV stations, connection applications shall include the documentation specified in Article 3 of Ministerial Decision ΥΠΕΝ/ΔΑΠΕΕΚ/81744/3673 (GG 4221/Β/10.08.2022).
- Regarding the record file for the facility location in Shapefile (*.shp) format, this shall be according to the Guide on submitting spatial data and the attached original file template.
- Each connection application may be accompanied by up to fifty (5) files and each attached file may not exceed 5 MB.
- The guarantee letter attached to the connection application shall be based on the template included in Ministerial Decision ΥΠΕΝ/ΔΑΠΕΕΚ/81744/3673 (GG 4221/Β/10.08.2022). The original guarantee letter shall be submitted in hard copy or sent with signed for delivery within five (5) days from the date of the online submission of the connection application to HEDNO’s competent unit which is determined by the location of the facility, i.e. for low-voltage connection applications to the competent Area of HEDNO and for medium-voltage connection applications to the competent Region of HEDNO.
