HEDNO Announcement on the application of Law 4951/2022 (GG 129/Α/04.07.2022) on the submission of requests regarding Hybrid Electricity Generation Stations at Non-Interconnected Islands

Following Announcement 21.07.2022, HEDNO, as the Operator of the Non-interconnected Islands (NII), informs all interested parties that the provisions of Law 4951/2022 (GG 129/Α/04.07.2022) do not apply for requests on Hybrid Electricity Generation Stations at Non-Interconnected Islands, given that the issuance of Final Connection Offers has been suspended in accordance with paragraph 2 of article 159 of Law 4759/2020 (GG 245/Α/09.12.2020), until the release of Ministerial Decision no. 1 of article 21, Law 4414/2016 which will specify the framework for licensing and granting connection offers for said generation stations.
