As part of the implementation of Ministerial Decision ΥΠΕΝ/ΔΑΠΕΕΚ/74123/2971 (GG 3149/Β/30.07.2020) for PV stations exempted from licensing (of power ≤ 1MW), HEDNO would like to inform the interested parties about the following:

 

  1. For pending applications on the connection of PV stations on the ground that have been submitted to HEDNO up to 09.08.2020 as well as new applications on the connection of PV stations on the ground that will be submitted to HEDNO after 10.08.2020, the interested parties shall submit to the competent HEDNO reception unit the following:
    • For stations that will be installed at agricultural (rural) land, a document by the competent Directorate of Agricultural Economics and Veterinary Medicine and the relevant minutes by the Regional Planning and Environment committee demonstrating the characterization of land (high or no productivity) or a Solemn Declaration by an engineer which can be included in the topographic chart which accompanies the application, namely that the agricultural parcel is located within the area of Attica or an area of Greece for which land uses, approved General Development Plans or Open City Spatial Settlement Organization Plans of l.2508/1997 (Α 124) have been set in Settlement Control Zones of article 29 of l.1337/1983 (Α 33) and Local Spatial Plans of l.4447/2016 (Α 241), with a reference on whether the parcel is located within an area that has been characterized as agricultural land of high productivity or no productivity.
    • For stations that are to be installed in land of other form other than agricultural (rural), a Solemn Declaration by an engineer that demonstrates that the PV station is installed on land of other form, other than agricultural (rural) (e.g. forest, grassland etc.)

 

  1. Please note that regarding pending applications for granting the Final Connection Offer by PV stations on the ground that have been submitted to HEDNO up to 09.08.2020, the documents or the solemn declaration by the engineer of paragraph 1 shall be submitted within one (1) month from the start date of this Ministerial Decision (namely up until the 09.09.2020), in order for them to be treated as complete for the administration of the Final Connection Offer, otherwise the application shall be treated as complete for the administration of the Final Connection Offer as per the chronological order of the submission of the documents or the solemn declaration by an engineer of paragraph 1.

 

  1. Finally, for the new applications on the connection of PV stations on the ground that will be submitted to HEDNO after the 10.08.2020, the interested parties shall also submit together with all required documentation all details of the application, documents or a solemn declaration by the engineer of paragraph 1, otherwise the dossier of the application shall be treated as incomplete and will be returned.
