HEDNO would like to inform all interested parties that, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 14 of article 97 of Law 4951/2022, as amended by article 65 of Law 5215/2025, in the case of exempted and notified stations that have already been constructed and for which the validity period of the Final Connection Offer has expired, or for which the commitment of electrical capacity has ceased to be valid (i.e., expiry of the connection agreement duration) at the commencement of Law 5215/2025, parties may submit a request for activation by 03.08.2025 via the Online Application Platform for RES and CHP stations. The request must be marked "Activation Request (para. 14, article 97, Law 4951/2022)" and be accompanied by all required supporting documents as specified in the relevant Readiness Declaration – Connection Activation Request Forms available on HEDNO’s website.

Specifically, applicants operating within the Electrical Systems of the Non-Interconnected Islands (NIIs) may submit their activation request by 03.08.2025 via email to market.operations.support@deddie.gr, along with all required documentation as outlined in the relevant Activation Request Form for stations not subject to trial operation - Unified Readiness Declaration Form for self-producers.

If additional documents, data, or clarifications are requested, the applicant must provide them within twenty (20) days, otherwise the activation request will not be accepted. Where available grid capacity exists, the Network Operator will prioritize the connection of these stations. In the absence of available grid capacity, the applicant’s activation request will be rejected.
