Following joint communication of August 24, 2016, by IPTO and HEDNO on the issuance of the Final Connection Offers for the purpose of participating in the pilot competitive bidding process for photovoltaic installations under Article 7 of L.4414/2016, System (IPTO) and Network (HEDNO) Operators would like to clarify that photovoltaic installations that currently hold or are to hold a Final Connection Offer upon issuance of L.4414/2016 must submit the required Letter of Guarantee under Law 4152/2013 to the competent Operator within two months from the date of issuance of the Final Connection Offer and no later than the date of their bidding in the pilot competitive process.
