3th Communication on the application of the provisions of L.4152/2013 as amended by L.4342/2015 and is in force, for RES and CHP guarantee provision with Final Connection Offers before 01.02.2016

Following the 2nd communication dated 22.05.2015 of HEDNO as Network Operator, regarding the application of the provisions of L.4152/2013 on RES and CHP guarantee provision and after the amendment of said provisions by L.4342/2015, HEDNO communicates the final list of projects of its responsibility for which the Final Connection Offers issued before 01.02.2016 shall automatically cease to have effect due to non-fulfillment of provisions of L.4152/2013 as amended and in force, namely, due to non-presentation of the envisaged guarantee letter by the promoters of these projects.
