HEDNO joins free vaccination campaign for infants and children organized by Heraklion Municipality
HEDNO provided medical material to help in the vaccination of uninsured infants and children at the communal healthcare centers of the Heraklion Municipality in Attica, Greece.
HEDNO has immediately responded to the municipality's call for an active engagement to the basic vaccination program and provided Heraklion Municipality Health service with over 80 vaccines.
By using its social policy and health services, Heraklion Municipality of Attica has been actively involved in supporting inhabitants who are uninsured, impoverished and those suffering from a chronic illness.
As a part of its Corporate Social Responsibility strategy, HEDNO endorses and advocates such activities and actions that aim to provide support to socially vulnerable groups and, most importantly, children.
Business activity can, therefore, coexist and develop in parallel with a contribution to society, especially to its most sensitive parts.
