HEDNO SA and its employees promptly organized an initiative of support to the victims of the earthquake in Turkey and in Syria through the network of the Hellenic Red Cross.

HEDNO, as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility, and in response to the call of the Hellenic Red Cross for collecting humanitarian aid and financial support for the residents of the areas hit by the earthquake in Turkey and Syria, immediately proceeded with an initiative to inform all employees about the voluntary donation of essential items at the local points of the Hellenic Red Cross and at the same time made a financial donation to the relevant bank account of the organization.

The Hellenic Red Cross is the largest humanitarian organization in Greece and a member of the “family” of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement.

With this initiative for alleviating suffering, and by offering voluntary aid and solidarity to these victims, HEDNO SA and its employees, once more demonstrate that they are members of a society that does not recognize borders.
