ABSTRACT OF MINUTES
OF THE 19th /5.9.2013 MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Subject: Contract no 5099031/23.8.2010 with POWERTEC LTD for purchasing SF6 load switches or vacuum, closed type 20kV, 400A, remote controlled by RTU.
Amendment of time delivery for material concerning the above mentioned Contract.
The Board of Directors approved the amendment of the time delivery of materials concerning the above mentioned contract for total contractual price of 2,570,100.00€.

Subject: Contract no 5099041/6.6.2011 with EFACEC ENGENHARIA E SISTEMAS S.A. for purchasing Telemetering System for remote control of network elements of the Department of Islands Region.
Amendment of terms concerning the above mentioned Contract.
The Board of Directors approved changes in the TABLE FOR DESCRIPTION OF MATERIALS, QUANTITIES AND PRICES, the change in time delivery and the change of time period for the installation-set in operation as well as the mode of payment concerning the Contract 5099041/06.06.2011.

Subject: Long-term Contracts no 5017051/15.8.2008 & 5017052/ 15.8.2008 with the joint Venture of ELVIEX general partnership – S. PANAYIOTOU ETETH S.A.- DRITSA KAGLI S.A. and KNC S.A. respectively, for treatment and retreatment of wood.
Prolongation of the two-year extension concerning the above mentioned Long-term Contracts.
The Board of Directors approved the four-month prolongation of the two-year extension concerning the long-term Contracts No 5017051 / 15.8.2008 and No 5017052 / 15.8.2008 with the Joint Venture of ELVIEX general partnership S. PANAGIOTOU ETETH S.A. – DRITSA KAGLI S.A. and KNC Α.Ε respectively for the treatment and retreatment of HEDNO wood so as to cover the time period from 15.8.2013 until 14.12.2013.

Subject: Third party liability insurance of the HEDNO Administration Executives
The Board of Directors decided the following:
1. The Call for Tender relative to Third party Liability insurance of the HEDNO Administration Executives with insurance limit of 50,000,000 Euros.
The initial duration of the insurance should last one year from 1/1/2014 until 31/12/2014, with the possibility for renewal following mutual agreement of the contracting parties and with retroactive effect of coverage from 1/5/2012.
2. The extension of works for the Project Contract 50188004/2013 (Article 2 – Possible Supplementary Works) with MARSH, for the price of 1,200€ (plus VAT).
