ABSTRACT OF MINUTES
OF THE 6th/14.3.2013 MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Subject: Tender no ΔΠΑ/9121007/12 for the implementation of the Project: «Improvement and maintenance of MV/LV Substations indoor areas of Attica Region Department competence».
Ratification of the above mentioned tender.
The Board of Directors approved the ratification of the Tender referring to implementation of the Project “Improvement and maintenance of MV/LV Substations indoor areas of Attica Region Department competence» to the 1st tenderer and technically admissible Company “TEKAT ATE” with total contractor price of 1,948,667.50 euros.

Subject: Tender no 508102/21.7.2011 for purchasing Modular panels for distribution substations and MV customers.
Cancellation of the above mentioned tender.
The Board of Directors approved the cancellation of the above tender because it was considered as unsuccessful.
