ABSTRACT OF MINUTES
OF THE 25th/5.12.2013 MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Subject: Free of charge provision of repair and maintenance works to the vehicles of the Hellenic Police.
The Board of Directors, within the framework of corporate social responsibility, approved the provision of repair and maintenance works to vehicles for one (1) year without charging the Hellenic Police in the repair centers of the Technical Section - Materials, Procurements & Transportation Department. PPC S.A., with its decision, has undertaken to pay spare parts of total value up to 20,000 € using intragroup charge.

Subject: Tender no. 501302/27.6.2013 for wood treatment and retreatment.
Postponement of the above mentioned tender.
The Board of Directors approved the postponement of the tender no 501302 / 27.06.2013 released with open procedure due to non-satisfying result.

Subject: Closure – Incorporation of Branch offices (Financial Management) in Areas, Offices and Branch Offices that concern the Department of Attica Region, Department of Macedonia-Thrace Region, Department of Peloponnese-Epirus Region, Department of Central Greece Region and Department of Islands Region; continuance of operation for warehouses included in the branch offices that will be closed.
The Board of Directors decided that from 01.01.2014 the Offices and Branch Offices (Financial Management) which will be closed concern the Department of Attica Region, Department of Macedonia-Thrace Region, Department of Peloponnese-Epirus Region, Department of Central Greece Region and Department of Islands Region apart from the Iraklio Region, as well as the Network Department, Islands Network Operation Department and Materials, Procurements & Transportation Department; the first group will be incorporated into the main offices of the corresponding Regions while the latter into the new Financial Management Section of the Financial Department. The warehouses included in the abolished branch offices will continue to operate.
