ABSTRACT OF MINUTES
OF THE 5th/28.2.2013 MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS



Subject: Tender no ΔΔ-196/20.1.2012 for the implementation of the Project: ”Purchasing and installation of underground XLPE insulated cables of 150kV and PILOT cable in the interconnecting cable line: Pallini – Gerakas EHVS”.
Ratification of the above mentioned tender.

The Board of Directors approved the ratification of the Tender ΔΔ-196 result concerning the award of Tenderer for the project construction: “Purchasing and installation of underground XLPE insulated cables of 150kV and PILOT cable in the interconnecting cable line: Pallini – Gerakas EHVS”, to the  “HELLENIC CABLES – HELLENIC CABLE INDUSTRY SOCIETE ANONYME” for total contract price of  two million nine hundred ninety three thousand euros and sixty two cents (2,993,532.62 €).
