ABSTRACT OF MINUTES
OF THE 24th/21.11.2013 MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Subject: Tender no 508201/21.3.2013 for purchasing Three-phase distribution transformers.
Ratification of the results for the above mentioned tender and award of the purchasing.
The Board of Directors approved the award for purchasing Three-phase distribution Transformers of Groups A, B and C to the technically accepted tenderer VIJAI ELECTRICALS LIMITED with total readjusted price of € 32,910,850.00 for delivery at the defined HEDNO’s Regional Warehouses.

Subject: Elaboration of Service provision Contracts between HEDNO S.A. and PPC S.A.
The Board of Directors approved the elaboration of Intragroup Transaction Contracts with PPC S.A. and authorized the General Manager of Network Development & Operation to sign the Contracts.

Subject: Incorporation of the Patra Region branch office to the central offices of the Department of Peloponnese-Epirus Region.
The Board of Directors decided to close the Branch office in Patra Region (Financial Management) and to incorporate it into the central offices of the Department of Peloponnese-Epirus Region.
