ABSTRACT OF MINUTES
OF THE 13th/6.5.2014 MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Subject: Tender no ΔΔ-206 for contracting construction works of Distribution Networks for the whole Greek territory.
– Approval for the conduct of the above mentioned tender.
– Submission for approval of the relevant call for tender.
– Formation of the Committees for Opening and Evaluation of the Tender.
The Board of Directors decided the conduct of a Tender by the Network Department with Call for Tender no ΔΔ-206, for the selection of Tenderers for Construction Works of the Distribution Network “with Duration” of 36 months, estimated date of Contractors installation on 01.01.2015 and total number of the Tender contracting works: 57 Contracting works (7 Attica Region Department, 17 Macedonia-Thrace Region Department, 12 Peloponnese-Epirus Region Department, 9 Central Greece Region Department and 12 Islands Region Department), with budget up to 599,350,000 € and with the option, if applied, to be increased up to the maximum limit of 50% of the budget, that is, the amount of 299,675,000 €.
