ABSTRACT OF MINUTES
OF THE 11th/10.4.2014 MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Subject: Contract no ΔΔ-193/2120102/21.2.2013 with INTRAKAT S.A. for the implementation of the Project: “Installation of Telemetering System for Major Low Voltage Customer meters”.
Increase of the subject for the above mentioned Contract.
The Board of Directors decided the increase of the subject for the Contract ΔΔ-193/2120102/21.02.2013 referring to the “Installation of Telemetering System for Major Low Voltage Customer meters” with equivalent increase of the contractual price by two million four hundred twenty two thousand six hundred fifty Euros (2,422,650 €), in application of the option foreseen in Article 36 paragraph 1 of the Contract General Terms and in application of article 25 “Changes during the implementation of the Project” of the Contract General Terms.
