ABSTRACT OF MINUTES
OF THE 32nd/5.12.2014 MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


Subject: Tender no ΔΔ-206/4.7.2014 referring to the implementation of Projects for Distribution Networks in the entire Greek territory.Ratification of the above mentioned tender for the implementation of the Projects: “Xanthi Area Networks”, “Polygyros Area Networks” and “Thiva Area Networks”.

The Board of Directors decided the ratification of the results for the Tender no ΔΔ-206/04.07.2014, referring to the award of Tenderers for three (3) Contracting construction projects concerning the Distribution Networks for the Regions of Xanthi, Polygyros and Thiva to the relevant tenderers according to the terms of the Call for Tender ΔΔ-206 and its attached issues. The tenderers, the equivalent discounts on the prices per unit in the Tariff, as well as the equivalent contracting prices are the following:
