Subject: HEDNO’s financial transactions with the use of Internet

The Board of Directors decided the signature of the “Contract for the use of Winbank Web Banking” with PIRAEUS BANK S.A. and the “Internet Banking Contract” with EUROBANK ERGASIAS S.A. for the realization of Banking transactions via INTERNET BANKING; Also, BoD decided the equivalent competences of HEDNO’s employees.

Subject: Continuance of the Choir operation with the distinctive title “PPC S.A. – HEDNO S.A. Choir” for the year 2014.

HEDNO’s Board of Directors decided the continuance of the Choir operation under the distinctive title “PPC S.A.-HEDNO S.A. Choir” for the year 2014, as well as the extension of the conductor’s contract for one year from 1.1.2014 until 31.12.2014 with reduction of his remuneration by 25-30%; in case of rejection, there will be new recruitment under open procedure for the employment of an art director for the choir. Also, BoD decided HEDNO’s participation for the year 2014; the maximum budget of 90,000 euros (including the conductor’s fee) will be divided between PPC S.A. and HEDNO S.A. proportionally with a percentage of 60% and 40% respectively, taking into account the suppression of expenses and the optimization of the communication results.
