ABSTRACT OF MINUTES
OF THE 18th/26.6.2014 MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Subject: Award to IBM Hellas S.A., under the procedure of negotiations without call for tender, for the provision of services for Infrastructure environment (IBM Mainframe z Series and disk subsystem) to host HERMES IT system, as well as the provision of services for the transfer of equipment to HEDNO’s Data Center.
The Board of Directors decided to award to IBM Hellas S.A. the provision of services for the required Infrastructure (IBM Mainframe z Series and disk subsystem) to host HEDNO’s HERMES IT System, the provision of the required software user licenses and the provision of services for the transfer of equipment to HEDNO’s Data Center.

Subject: Free of charge provision of three-phase distribution transformers for the restoration of power supply for Serbia and Bosnia-Herzegovina.
The Board of Directors decided to provide free of charge six (6) three-phase distribution transformers of 20/04 kV capacity, 630 kVA of internal area Β΄ suitability with total value of € 42,546.00.

Subject: Contact no ΔΔ-187/2102128/22.12.2010 with “ATHONIKI TECHNIKI S.A. – PYTHAGORAS ATE” for the implementation of the Project: «NETWORKS OF VEROIA REGION” of the Macedonia-Thrace Region Department.
Increase of the price for the above mentioned Contract.
The Board of Directors decided to further increase the price for the Contract no ΔΔ-187/2102128/22.12.2010 with “ATHONIKI TECHNIKI S.A. – PYTHAGORAS ATE” for the implementation of the Project: «NETWORKS OF VEROIA REGION” of the Macedonia-Thrace Region Department by 1,018,000 €, which is equivalent to a percentage of 26.44%, under the same terms and the same percentage discount of 30% and simultaneous coverage of the equivalent letters of good performance guarantee.
The total increase of the Contact price will be up to 1,768,000€, that is, a percentage of 45.92%.
