Subject: Accommodation of the headquarters for the Filothei-Kifissia Area of the Department of Attica Region.

The Board of Directors approved the proposal of PPC S.A./Facilities & Real Estate Services Department for lease of the building constructed under its responsibility and expenses for the accommodation of the headquarters of Filothei-Kifissia Area of the Department of Attica Region with total surface of 4,380 square meters for monthly rent of 19,000 Euros.
