ABSTRACT OF MINUTES
OF THE 4th/13.2.2014 MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


Subject: Contract no. 5032111/28.12.2012 with VIMKA Limited Liability Company for the purchase of branch boxes (full) made of polyester reinforced with fiberglass, SMC type.
Increase of item quantity referring to the above mentioned Contract.

The Board of Directors approved the increase of the material quantity by 11,400 pieces referring to the initial Contract 5032111/28.12.2012 with VIMKA Limited Liability Company for the purchase of branch boxes (full) made of polyester reinforced with fiberglass, SMC type.
The total value of the increase will be up to 277,020.00 Euros (plus VAT).

Subject: Tender no ΔΠΑ/9131008/17.12.2013 for the implementation of the Project: “Layout construction works in areas of the Substations 150/20 KV, 22/6.6 KV and of the new urban Substation 20/0.4 KV, under the competence of Attica Region Department”.
Ratification of the above mentioned tender.

The Board of Directors approved the Tender ratification for the Project “Layout construction works in areas of the Substations 150/20 KV, 22/6,6 KV and of the new urban Substation 20/0.4 KV, under the competence of Attica Region Department” to the 1st tenderer and technically accepted company “TEKAT ATE” with total contractor’s fee up to 2,598,870.00 Euros.
