ABSTRACT OF MINUTES
OF THE 2nd/29.1.2016 MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS 
 
 
Subject: Contract no. ΔΔ-5002011/21.1.2013 with BYTE ΑΒΕΕ for the implementation of the Project: “Purchasing, installation and operation of the Geographic Information System for HEDNO’s Distribution network”.
– Amendment – extension of time schedule for the project implementation of the above mentioned Contract.
– Application of the special term referring to fluctuation in quantities for the Project of the above mentioned Contract.
The Board of Directors decided the amendment-extension of the time schedule for the Contract ΔΔ-5002011/21.01.13 and the electronic representation and integration of the Distribution Network of the islands of Andros and Tinos into the information system that is developed within the framework of this Contract.

Subject: Approval of the new issues of standards for the selection of Contractors and drawing up of Project Contracts.

The Board of Directors approved the new issues of standards for the selection of contractors and drawing up of project contracts in compliance with L.4281/2014.
The procedures for the tenders or awards that have already been initiated or will be initiated before the beginning of the in force period of the L.4281/2014 will be continued and will be implemented based on the regulations that were in force during the period of their initiation.

Subject: Approval of HEDNO’s Operating and Investment Budget for the year 2016.

The Board of Directors approved HEDNO’s Operating and Investment Budget for the year 2016.

Subject: Tender no 501408/30.9.2014 for purchasing untreated wooden poles.
- Rejection of the Prejudicial Appeals.
- Ratification of results concerning the above mentioned tender and award of the purchasing.

For the tender no 501408/30.09.2014 released with open procedure, the Board of Directors approved:

1. the ratification of the results and the award for purchasing 85,200 pcs of untreated wooden poles in different categories to the following technically accepted companies:

The total standard price for delivery of untreated wooden poles to the timber impregnation companies cooperating with HEDNO is up to € 7,829,959.15 (plus VAT).


2. the rejection of the prejudicial appeals of the companies S. TOMPOULIDIS ΑΒΕΕ, A.D.S. TSEPELOBOU «I SYNERGASIA», SINTOU ABRAMINA & SIA Ε.Ε. and KNC S.A. KYRIAKOS & NIKOLAOS CHARAKIDIS.

Subject: Bid no 513420/15.1.2015 for clearance of Cu network conductors.
Ratification of the above mentioned bid.

For the bid no 513420/15.01.2015 released under open procedure, the Board of Directors approved:
1. the ratification of the bid no 513420/15.01.2015 for the clearance of Cu network conductors to the highest bidder per item CHALCOR S.A., the offer of which was estimated as typically and technically accepted as follows:

1.1 300,000 kg Cu network conductors that are stored or will be stored in Kifisou Warehouse of the Department of Attica Region (item 1) for total estimated price of 1,437,450.00 € (unit price 4.7915 €/kg)
1.2 300,000 kg Cu network conductors that are stored or will be stored in the Regional Warehouses of Korinthos and Patra of the Department of Peloponnese-Epirus Region (item 2), for total estimated price of 1,437,450.00 € (unit price 4.7915 €/kg)
1.3 1,500,000 kg network conductors that are stored or will be stored in the Aspropyrgos Warehouse of the Department of Islands Region (item 3) for total estimated price of 7,187,250.00 € (unit price 4.7915 €/kg).
1.4 22,000 kg network conductors that are stored or will be stored in the Regional Warehouse of Volos of the Department of Central Greece Region (item 4), for total estimated price of 105,413.00 € (unit price 4.7915 €/kg).
1.5 140,000 kg network conductors that are stored or will be stored in the Regional Warehouse of Chalkida of the Department of Central Greece Region (item 5), for total estimated price of 670,810.00 € (unit price 4.7915 €/kg).
1.6 110,000 kg network conductors that are stored or will be stored in the Warehouse of Thessaloniki of the Department of Macedonia-Thrace Region (item 6) for total estimated price of 527,065.00 € (unit price 4.7915 €/kg).

The total estimated value of the ratification based on the results of the bid no 513420/15.01.2015 is up to the amount of 11,365,438.00 euros.
