Increasing quantities of materials of the above Contract.
The Board agreed in increasing the quantities of the materials of the Contract No. 5154021 / 11.09.2015 with AIGLON S.A for the supply of vehicles as follows:

The relevant vehicles will be delivered with registration certificates and vehicle number plates, ready for use in the Vendor Warehouse (PAEGAE in Magoula), within three (3) months from the date of the relevant Supplement to be signed.
The Vendor will lodge a Performance Bond of € 7781.50 equal to 5% of the total increment value.
The total contract value including the increase amounts to 981.472,60 euros.

Partial amendment of Board Decision No. 117 /18.7.2014.
The Board decided to replace a member of the Appeal Board appointed by the Network Division to conduct the tender DD-207 for the selection of Contractor for the project " Pilot Telemetering & Management System for Power Supply Demand by Residential & Small Commercial Consumers & Implementation of Smart Grids».
