EXTRACTS FROM THE MINUTES
OF THE 14th/14.7.2016 MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS 
 
 
Subject: Agreement No. ΔΚΣΔ-160/2180474/11.3.2008 with the Company ABB SA for the implementation of the Project: “Design, Supply and Installation of the Closed Type GIS Rhodes Distribution Center of 150 kV/MT”.
– Maintenance of the above Agreement in force.
– Amendment of the terms of Supplement No.1/13.10.2008 of the above Agreement.

The Board of Directors approved:

1. The maintenance in force of Agreement No. ΔΚΣΔ-160/2180474/11.03.2008 for eight (8) more months but not later than 31.12.2016, when the issue will be re-examined.

2. The transfer of the conclusion deadline of the DCS (Digital Control System) installation and the inclusion of the M.V. Equipment in it for 30.06.2016.

Subject: Tender, No. ΔΕΕΔ-8/1.2.2016 for the provision of services related to the “Reconstruction of six (6) three-phase transformers, of 40/50MVA, 150/15,75-21kV, of Dyn1 assembly and supply of one (1) full set of materials/ spare parts with redesign of H.V. coils”.
Validation of results of the aforementioned tender and assignment of the respective services.


The Board of Directors decided to award the outcome of Tender ΔΕΕΔ-8 for the Contractor for the Provision of Services related to the “RECONSTRUCTION OF SIX (6) THREE-PHASE TRANSFORMERS, OF 40/50MVA, 150/15,75–21kV, OF Dyn1 ASSEMBLY AND SUPPLY OF ONE (1) FULL SET OF MATERIALS/ SPARE PARTS WITH REDESIGN OF H.V. COILS” to the Company “GRID SOLUTIONS HELLAS ELECTRICAL TRADING AND MANUFACTURING SOCIETE ANONYME”, trading under the name “Grid Solutions Hellas SA”, for a total contractual price of one million two hundred twenty nine thousand Euros (€ 1,229,000.00), with the possibility of construction-supply option of one (1) more full set of materials/ spare parts of the transformer, for € 109,000.00.

Subject: Tender No. 502307/11.3.2014 for the supply of thermoshrinkable materials of Medium and Low Voltage cables.
Validation of results of the aforementioned tender and assignment of the respective supply.

The Board of Directors approved the validation of the results of the open tender No. 502307/11.03.2014 for the supply of thermoshrinkable materials of Medium and Low Voltage cables and the assign of the supply of said materials to the following technically acceptable lower Bidders by type and set:

▪ To “ELCON MEGARAD S.p.A.”, Italy, the sets with s/n 1,2,3,4 & 6 and the type with s/n 12 for a total fixed price of € 576,228.00.

▪ To “REIKAP SA” Greece, the types with s/n 5,8,11 & 13 of the tender for a total fixed price of € 422,304.00 (plus VAT).

▪ To “NEXANS HELLAS SA” Greece, the types with s/n 7.9 & 10 of the tender for a total fixed price of € 151,193.00 (plus VAT).

The above assignments, with a total value of € 1,149,725.00, are made for material deliverable to the Regional Warehouses of HEDNO SA, carried by a vehicle of the Suppliers according to the terms of the Call for the Tender, No. 502307/11.03.2014, the bids of the Companies and the relevant correspondence.
