EXTRACTS FROM THE MINUTES
OF THE 23rd/1.12.2016 MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


Subject: Tender No. 508504/25.6.2015 for the repair of 20-15/0.4 kV and 20/0.4 kV distribution transformers with a capacity ranging between 50 kVA and 1,000 kVA.
The above tender has been validated.

The Board of Directors has decided:
1. to award the Tender No. 508504/25.06.2015 and to assign Provision of Service regarding repair of out-of-warranty transformers as follows:
 GROUP Α, Repair of 1000 pcs of SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC Α.Ε.Β.Ε. distribution transformers to SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC Α.Ε.Β.Ε. for an estimated price of € 1,879,081.10 (plus V.A.T)
 GROUP B, Repair of 300 pcs AEG-ALSTOM-AREVA distribution transformers to CENTRALNA ERGOREMONTNA BAZA EAD, for an estimated price of € 545,176.06.

Subject: Tender No. 508602/14.7.2016 for the supply of inhibited transformer oil.
Validation of results of the aforementioned tender and assignment of the respective supply.

The Board of Directors has granted validation of results of the tender No. 508602/14.07.2016 and assigned supply of 705,000 kg of TRANSLUBE – DX inhibited transformer oil to ΑΙΓΑΙΟΝ ΟΙΛ Α.Ε. (Aegean Oil), for a total price of € 740,250.00 that is subject to adjustment, deliverable in drums free on supplier's facilities located at 17th km. of Athens - Korinthos National Road, Aspropyrgos, Attica, to be transported on HEDNO S.A. vehicles.
