Subject: Contract, No. ΔΔ-182/2100474/4.11.2010, with the Company ABB SA for the implementation of the Project: “Design, Supply and Installation of Ampelokipoi GIS 150kV/ΜΤ closed-type distribution center”
Amendment of terms and conditions of the above Contract

The Board of Directors decided to extend the total time period of Contract No. ΔΔ-182/2100474 by four hundred and thirteen (413) calendar days due to delays in the implementation of the Project as a result of force majeure incidents.
