ABSTRACT OF MINUTES
OF THE 7th/21.6.2012 MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Subject : Tender no 510101/22.7.2011 for purchasing Three phase Distribution Transformer.
- Examination of raised objections and submitted offers.
- Annulment of purchasing items of the above mentioned tender.
- Ratification of results of the above mentioned tender and award of purchasing for the rest of its items.
The Board of Directors decided :
1. The rejection of appeals submitted by SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC SA and ABB S.A., in the b’ stage of opening the offers (financial elements) against the participation in the procedure of INNOVA S.A. and SANBIAN SCI-TECH CO. LTD, due to the fact that the Companies have already accepted fully the Special and General Terms of the Tender.
2. The final typical rejection of the offer by SIEMENS Zrt during the stage b’ of opening the offers because the Spare parts Table included in its financial offer folder is not in compliance with the elements required by the call for tender.
3. Due to changes in the needs of the Corporate for Three-phase Distribution Transformers, the cancellation of tender quantities referring to the purchasing of item5 of Group A and item 4 of Group B.
4. The ratification of results of Tender 510101/22.07.2011 and the award of purchasing Three phase Distribution Transformers and their spare parts to the following Tenderers per Transformer Group the offers of which are considered typically and technically accepted as follows:
4.1. to SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC SA the materials of Groups A & B for total readjusted price of 24,871,495.76 (plus VAT)
4.2. to ΑΒΒ S.A. the materials of Group C for total readjusted price of 3,627,098.85 (plus VAT).
The total readjusted price for delivery of materials to the defined Regional Warehouses of HEDNO S.A is up to €28,498,594.61 (plus VAT).

Subject : Expression of Interest by THE.MO.S. S.A. for its integration into the Suppliers Table of centrifugal concrete poles.
- Hearing of the appeal
- Ratification of the result for the first pre-selection stage of Expression of Interest of the above mentioned Company.
The Board of Directors approved the ratification of the result for the first (1st) pre-selection stage of Expression of Interest submitted by THE.MO.S. S.A. within the framework of the Call for Expression of Interest no 501701/22.05.2007 and its classification as Initially Accepted for twenty (20) items of centrifugal concrete poles manufactured in its factory in Maladendri of Argolida.

Ratification of results of the above mentioned tender and award of the purchasing in question.
The Board of Directors approved the ratification of results of the tender 509101/30.09.2011 and the award of purchasing of 500 pcs of three-pole isolation switches of external type 20KV, 200A and 60 pcs of three-pole isolation switches of external type 20KV, 400A, to FIGRECO CO LTD», (switch SF6 of SPGAS-26 type for the two items manufactured by SHINSUNG INDUSTRIAL ELECTRIC CO. LTD, in South Korea), with total price of 1,613,920.00 €, for delivery Free of materials at 2053 Warehouse of HEDNO S.A. in Aspropyrgos of Attica on the suppliers vehicle.
