Subject : Approval of HEDNO S.A. Compliance Program
The Board of Directors decided the approval of HEDNO S.A. Compliance Program as well as its submission to RAE for approval according to paragraph 7, article 124 of L. 4001/2011 and paragraph 2, article 19 of HEDNO Articles of Association.
