ABSTRACT OF MINUTES
OF THE 17th/1.11.2012 MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Subject: Award to “ΑΒΒ S.A.” the implementation of the project: “Upgrade of Rodiniou Substation from 66 kV to 150 kV” through the negotiated procedure without publication of the Invitation to Tender.
Results of the negotiations conducted by the Committee appointed with resolution no 67/18.10.2012 of the Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors decided the award of the project “Upgrade of Rodiniou Substation from 66 kV to 150 kV” through the negotiated procedure without publication of the Invitation to Tender to “ΑΒΒ S.A.” which is the manufacturer of the project equipment, according to article 4 paragraph 2c of the Regulations governing Works, Supplies and Services. The total contractual price is up to one million five hundred ninety two thousand euros (1,592,000.00 €).

Subject: Contracts for the construction of Distribution Network Works for the Administrative Regions of Distribution.
Extension of the duration of the above mentioned contracts in force.
The Board of Directors decided to extend the duration period (total deadline) of the 69 contracting constructions of Distribution Networks works in progress concerning the Call for Tenders ΔΔ-185, ΔΔ-187 and ΔΔ-190, without increasing the Contractual price. The duration per contracting project will be formed so as all works in progress to be expired by the end of 2014 (31.12.2014).

Subject: Contract no 5051021/18.6.2012 to ENERTA S.A. for purchasing simple and double tariff one-phase LV electromechanical meters.
Change of the manufacturing place and material inspection of the above Contract.
The Board of Directors approved the change of the place for manufacturing and inspection of one-phase LV electromechanical meters of simple (item 1) and double tariff (item 2) concerning the Contract no 5051021/18.06.2012 with ENERGA S.A..
The new factory for material manufacturing and inspection concerning the above Contract is the factory of ITRON FRANCE in Hungary.
