To merge or split accounts due to modifications at property electricity installations, interested parties (property owners) shall submit their inquiry at the support app provided here: https://apps.deddie.gr/ccrWebapp/

 The following are specifically required:

• Licensed electrician installer in order to arrange properly the inner electrical installation of the property
• The relevant application form should be submitted to HEDNO S.A.
• Along with the application form, a new Licensed Electrician Certification should be submitted in which the property changes of the inner electrical installation are stated  (two or more Licensed Electrician Certifications in the case of separation)

• If you wish to split your account, please present the relevant document with the new square meters figure, as this was obtained from the competent Municipality, after first receiving the new supply number issued by HEDNO

• If you wish to merge your accounts, please present the relevant document with the new square meters figure, as this was obtained from the competent Municipality, for the supply kept in the property
