1. Certified copy of the Memorandum of Association and any amendments thereof or the Consolidated Memorandum of Association (company mission shall include activities pertaining to the generation and the sale of electric power).
2. Government Gazette (FEK) bulletin promulgating the Memorandum of Association (Company Constitution).
3. Government Gazette (FEK) bulletin promulgating amendments of the Memorandum of Association (if any).
4. Government Gazette (FEK) bulletin promulgating the election of BoD members and details pertaining to representatives of the company and their respective duties.
5. Certified copy of the General Assembly Resolution on the election of the last BoD.
6. Certified copy of the BoD Resolution on the constitution of the board as well as details pertaining to the appointment (or/and removal) of company representatives, representation practices and the representatives’ roles and responsibilities.
7. Non-bankruptcy certificate issued by the Court of First Instance.
8. General Commercial Registry (Γ.Ε.ΜΗ.) certificate of the amendments incorporated into the Memorandum of Association.
9. BoD Resolution on signing amendments of the electric power Sale Agreement with HEDNO (if required).

B. LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (Ltd.)

1. Certified copy of the Memorandum of Association and any amendments thereof or the Consolidated Memorandum of Association (company mission shall include activities pertaining to the generation and the sale of electric power).
2. Government Gazette (FEK) bulletin promulgating the Memorandum of Association (Company Constitution).
3. Government Gazette (FEK) bulletin promulgating amendments of the Memorandum of Association (if any).
4. Government Gazette (FEK) bulletin promulgating the election of BoD members and details pertaining to representatives of the company and their respective duties.
5. Non-bankruptcy certificate issued by the Court of First Instance.
6. General Commercial Registry (Γ.Ε.ΜΗ.) certificate of the amendments incorporated into the Memorandum of Association.

C. PRIVATE COMPANY


1. Certified copy of the Memorandum of Association and any amendments thereof (company mission shall include activities pertaining to the generation and the sale of electric power).
2. One-Stop-Shop statement confirming establishment of the company and demonstrating the company’s date of incorporation, its corporate name and trade name, the General Commercial Registry (Γ.Ε.ΜΗ.) number, the company’s Registration Number, the Chamber Registration Number and the company’s VAT Registration Number.
3. Non-bankruptcy certificate issued by the Court of First Instance.
4. General Commercial Registry (Γ.Ε.ΜΗ.) certificate of the amendments incorporated into the Memorandum of Association.

D. GENERAL PARTNERSHIP OR LIMITED PARTNERSHIP

1. Certified copy of the Memorandum of Association and any amendments thereof or the Consolidated Memorandum of Association (company mission shall include activities pertaining to the generation and the sale of electric power).
2. Non-bankruptcy certificate pertaining to the a) company and b) the general partners, issued by the Court of First Instance.
3. General Commercial Registry (Γ.Ε.ΜΗ.) certificate of the amendments incorporated into the Memorandum of Association.

E. SELF-EMPLOYED (NATURAL PERSONS)

1. Validated copy of the police I.D. card
2. Certificate of Commencement of Business or/and of Change of Business.
