EXTRACT OF MINUTES

OF THE 6th/18.3.2021 MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Item: Approval of the Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2020.

The Board of Directors approved the HEDNO S.A. Annual Report for the period between 01.01.2020 and 31.12.2020, prepared in compliance with the International Financial Reporting Standards, and comprising:

  1. the BoD Report,
  2. Financial Statements, including:
  • Comprehensive Income Statement
  • Financial Position Statement
  • Changes in Equity Statement
  • Cash Flow Statement
  1. Notes accompanying the aforementioned financial statements and being an integral part thereof.
  2. Additional Accounting Financial Statements (as appendix to the Financial Statements) for the same period including Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss Reports for the following three (3) activities: a) Network Management b) Inter-Connected Islands Electrical Systems Management and c) Other Activities

Item: Tender No. ΔΔ-207/21.10.2015 called for the execution of the following Project: “Pilot Telemetering and Management System for Electric Power Supply Demand by Residential and Small Commercial Consumers and Implementation of Smart Grids”.

The above tender has been canceled.

The Board of Directors decided the cancellation of tender no. ΔΔ-207/21.10.2015 for the execution of the following Project: “Pilot Telemetering and Management System for Electric Power Supply Demand by Residential and Small Commercial Consumers and Implementation of Smart Grids”.

Item:  Tender no. 508005/10.9.2020 for the procurement of 50÷1000 kVA Three-Phase Distribution Transformers.

           Validation of the results of the above tender proceedings and assignment.

The Board of Directors has decided:

  1. the validation of results of tender no. 508005/10.9.2020 for the procurement of Three-Phase Distribution Transformers.
  2. the selection of economic operator “TOSHIBA Asia Pacific Pte Ltd” as provisional contractor for the above tender for the total number of items in Groups A, B and D for the total adaptable price of EUR 44,099,794.00 and delivery of the items at the Regional warehouses of HEDNO SA on vehicle owned by the contractor and the selection of economic operator “KONCAR D&ST” as provisional contractor for the total number of items in Group C for the total adaptable price of EUR 11,323,819.00 for delivery of the items at the Regional warehouses of HEDNO SA on vehicle owned by the contractor.

Item:  Tender No. 503807/15.2.2019 called for the execution of the following Project: “Digitalization– Mapping – Recording of Geographical and Descriptive Data of the Electricity Distribution Network for 57 Areas of HEDNO on the Geographic Information System (GIS) Database.

Partial cancellation of the above tender for the Areas of the Attica Region Department and the Central Greece Region Department.      

The Board of Directors decided the partial cancellation of tender no. 503807/15.2.2019 for the execution of the following Project: “Digitalization– Mapping – Recording of Geographical and Descriptive Data of the Electricity Distribution Network for 57 Areas of HEDNO on the Geographic Information System (GIS) Database” concerning the Attica Region Department and the Central Greece Region Department for the total budgeted price of EUR 8,300,000.00.
