Item: Tender for the purchase of property for the Central Services of HEDNO S.A.

  • Approval of the above tender.

–  Approval of the “Notice Plan”.

–  Tender Commission.

The Board of Directors has approved the initiation of the tender process for the purchase of property for the Central Services of HEDNO S.A. in accordance with the terms and conditions of the relevant “Notice Plan” and the setup of a Commission for this tender.

Item:  Tender No. ΔΕΕΔ-33/27.4.2020 for the execution of the following Project: “Supply and installation of 20 kV voltage submarine power cables with XLPE insulation for the ‘Paros-Antiparos’, ‘Kolpos Kallonis Lesvos’, ‘Troizinia – Poros’ and ‘Keramoti – Thasos’ interconnections”.

  Award of the above tender.    

The Board of Directors approved the appointment of FULGOR S.A. as a provisional contractor for tender no. ΔΕΕΔ-33/27.4.2020 for the execution of the following Project: “Supply and installation of 20 kV voltage submarine power cables with XLPE insulation for the ‘Paros-Antiparos’, ‘Kolpos Kallonis Lesvos’, ‘Troizinia – Poros’ and ‘Keramoti – Thasos’ interconnections” for the total price of EUR 7,671,162.61.

Item:  Tender no. 503901/7.10.2019 for the supply of single-phase Smart Low Voltage Electronic Meters and three-phase Smart Low Voltage Electronic Meters with transmission devices (modems).      

Validation of the results of the above tender proceedings and award of said supply.

The Board of Directors approved the results of the review of sub-folder “Financial Bid” of tender no. 503901/7.10.2019 for the supply of single-phase Smart Low Voltage Electronic Meters three-phase Smart Low Voltage Electronic Meters with transmission devices (modems) [two (2) parts] and the appointment as a provisional contractor for these items of economic operator CONSTRUCTION COMPANY CHRISTOPHER D. CONSTANTINIDIS S.A.

The total value of the aforementioned assignment is EUR 7,795,380.00 (plus VAT).
