EXTRACTS FROM THE MINUTES
OF THE 5th/9.3.2017 MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


Subject: Contract No. ΔΚΣΔ-160/2180474/11.3.2008 (closed distribution system operators - CDSOs) signed with ΑΒΒ S.A. for the execution of the below Project: "Study, Supply and Installation of the 150 kV/MT Closed Type GIS Rhodes."
Legalization of unauthorized buildings and other arrangements to ensure smooth progress of the contracted Project.

The Board of Directors has made the following decisions:

1. authorize Director of Rhodes region falling under the Islands Administrative Department to represent HEDNO S.A. in any and all issues regarding Application-Declaration of acknowledgment of fines for erection and maintenance of unauthorized buildings, within 30 days from 16.2.2017, namely, the date of posting of the 4/2017 Inspection Report by the Rhodes Town Planning, as well as in any and all necessary actions to be addressed to Services and Organizations of Rhodes, in cooperation with the HEDNO Network Major Installations Department;

2. immediate demolition of unauthorized constructions;

3. immediate payment of fines to be reduced by 30%, as per L. 2300/1995. Upon enforcement of the above reduction, the fine for the erection of unauthorized building amounts to euro 111,568.80 and the fine for the maintenance of such building amounts to euro 5,578.44, provided that no corrections are made by the local Town Planning.
