Subject: Tender no. ΔΔ-209 for deployment of contractors responsible for the construction of Distribution networks across Greece.

The Board of Directors approved tender to be carried out by the Network Department under number ΔΔ-209 for the designation of contractors responsible for the Construction of Distribution Networks with a Validity Period of 36 months, expected time of placement on 1.1.2019 and a total number of: 55 Contracts (8 ΔΠΑ, 16 ΔΠΜ-Θ, 12 ΔΠΠ–Η, 7 ΔΠΚΕ and 12 ΔΠΝ), budgeted at 410.350.000 euro, with the right of option to increase budget by 50%, namely by 205.175.000 euro.

Subject: Tender no. 503516/17.6.2016 for the procurement of single-phase Smart Low Voltage Electronic Meters and three-phase Smart Low Voltage Electronic Meters with transmission devices (modems) [two (2) party].
Validation of results of the aforementioned tender and assignment of the respective procurement.

The Board of Directors approved the validation of results of tender no. 503516/17.6.2016 and the assignment for the supply of the respective quantities for items 1 and 1α for party 1 and items 2 and 2β for party 2, to formally and technically acceptable bidders CONSTRUCTION COMPANY CHRISTOPHER D. CONSTANTINIDIS S.A. and HOLLEY TECHNOLOGY LTD, as follows:

Party 1

 Item 1: 134,400 single-phase Smart Low Voltage Electronic Meters to formally and technically acceptable bidder CONSTRUCTION COMPANY CHRISTOPHER D. CONSTANTINIDIS S.A. for a total fixed price of 3.894.912,00 euro (plus VAT) for the delivery of the supplies to specific HEDNO S.A. Regional Warehouses, on vehicle owned by the supplier.

 Item 1a: 100,800 Transmission devices (modems) for the single-phase Smart Low Voltage Electronic Meters to formally and technically acceptable bidder CONSTRUCTION COMPANY CHRISTOPHER D. CONSTANTINIDIS S.A. for a total fixed price of 2.666,160,00 euro (plus VAT) for the delivery of the supplies to specific HEDNO S.A. Regional Warehouses, on vehicle owned by the supplier.



Party 2

 Item 2 : 88,800 three-phase Smart Low Voltage Electronic Meters to formally and technically acceptable bidder HOLLEY TECHNOLOGY LTD for a total fixed price of 2.485.512,00 euro (plus VAT) for the delivery of the supplies to specific HEDNO S.A. Regional Warehouses, on vehicle owned by the supplier.

 Item 2a: 66,600 Transmission devices (modems) for the three-phase Smart Low Voltage Electronic Meters to formally and technically acceptable bidder HOLLEY TECHNOLOGY LTD for a total fixed price of 1.864,134,00 euro (plus VAT) for the delivery of the supplies to specific HEDNO S.A. Regional Warehouses, on vehicle owned by the supplier

The total value of the aforementioned assignment is 10,910,718.00 euro (plus VAT).

Subject: Tender No. 503403/25.6.2014 for the procurement of 20 KV outdoor fuse disconnectors with porcelain insulators.
The above tender has been canceled.

The Board of Directors approved cancellation of tender no. 503403/25.6.2014 for the procurement of 20 KV outdoor fuse disconnectors with porcelain insulators with a total budget of 2.132.550,00 euro because the procedure resulted in zero technically acceptable bidders.

Subject: Tender no. 503501/27.5.2015 for the procurement of metal oxide surge arresters without gaps with composite housing for 20 kV distribution networks.
The above tender has been canceled.

The Board of Directors approved cancellation of tender no. 503501/27.5.2015 for the procurement of metal oxide surge arresters without gaps with composite housing for 20 kV distribution networks with a total budget of 1.278.000,00 euro because the procedure resulted in zero technically acceptable bidders.
