Subject: Agreement no. ΔΔ-187/2102136/10.12.2010 with SIAMKA EVIEK S.A. for execution of the following Project: AREA OF CENTRAL THESSALONIKI NETWORKS
Amicable Settlement Commission

The Board of Directors has decided to have an Amicable Settlement Commission for the resolution of issues that occurred during the execution of Agreement ΔΔ-187/2102136 by SIAMKA EVIEK S.A. that will “Investigate the entitlement to compensation due to the removal of aerial supplies and the construction of relevant semi-underground facilities” and authorized the company’s Chairman and CEO to proceed with setting it up.

Subject: Agreement no. 503509/25.2.2016 for the procurement of metal oxide surge arresters without gaps for 20 KV distribution networks.
Validation of results of the aforementioned tender and assignment of the respective procurement.

The Board of Directors approved the validation of results of tender no. 503509/25.2.2016 and the assignment for the procurement of 48.300 metal oxide surge arrester items without gaps for 20 KV distribution networks to formally and technically acceptable MICRODATA S.A., for a total fixed price of €1.446.585,00 (plus VAT), for the delivery of the items to specific HEDNO S.A. Regional Warehouses, on vehicle owned by the supplier.

Subject: Tender no. 503604/19.5.2016 for the procurement of Low Voltage Fuse Boxes.
- Quantity reduction for items 1 and 4 listed in the above mentioned tender.
- Validation of the results of the above mentioned tender and separate assignment for the procurement of the remaining items listed in the same tender.

The Board of Directors:

1. approved reduction of tendered quantity under item 1 (1-circuit Low Voltage fuse boxes) by 1,560 pieces, budgeted at €95.160,00 and reduction of the tendered quantity under item 4 (5-circuit Low Voltage fuse boxes) by 165 pieces budgeted at value of €266.970,00, due to changes in requirements.

2. validated the results of tender no. 503604/19.5.2016 and the assignment for the procurement of quantities listed under items 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 (after reductions) to the following -per item- lowest bidders, whose offer was formally and technically accepted:

• 360 1-circuit low voltage fuse boxes (item 1) to the formally and technically acceptable VIMKA LTD for a total of €23.400,00 (plus VAT), subject to adjustment and payable for the delivery of the material to specific HEDNO S.A. Regional Warehouses, on vehicle owned by the supplier.

• 600 2-circuit low voltage fuse boxes (item 2) to the formally and technically acceptable VIMKA LTD for a total of €84.000,00 (plus VAT), subject to adjustment and payable for the delivery of the items to specific HEDNO S.A. Regional Warehouses, on vehicle owned by the supplier.

• 340 4-Circuit low voltage fuse boxes (item 3) to the formally and technically acceptable VIMKA LTD for a total of €115.600,00 (plus VAT), subject to adjustment and payable for the delivery of the items to specific HEDNO S.A. Regional Warehouses, on vehicle owned by the supplier.

• 411 pieces 5-Circuit low voltage fuse boxes (item 4) to the formally and technically acceptable VIMKA LTD for a total of €464.430,00 (plus VAT), subject to adjustment and payable for the delivery of the items to specific HEDNO S.A. Regional Warehouses, on vehicle owned by the supplier.

• 672 pieces 8-Circuit low voltage fuse boxes (item 5) to the formally and technically acceptable STALCO S.A. for a total of €981.120,00 (plus VAT), subject to adjustment and payable for the delivery of the items to the specific HEDNO S.A. Regional Warehouses, on vehicle owned by the supplier.

The total value of the aforementioned assignment is 1,668,550.00 euro (plus VAT).

Subject: Student vacancies in the EPALs and IEKs under the Ministry of Education, Research and Religious Affairs and the EPAS OAED under HEDNO S.A.

The Board of Directors approved 30 EPAL student vacancies, 25 EPAS vacancies and 25 IEK vacancies in HEDNO S.A. service units, for the 2017-2018 school term.
