OF THE 12th/30.6.2017 MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


Subject: Bid request No. 501703/19.4.2017 for the impregnation and re-impregnation of timber owned by HEDNO S.A. through the use of cresote oil to be provided by the suppliers.
Validation of results of the aforementioned bid request and assignment of the respective provision of services.

As regards bid request No. 501703/19.04.2017, the Board of Directors validated the results of the above bid request and assigned impregnation and re-impregnation works of a total of indicative timber volume of 4n800m³ through the use of creosote oil to be provided by the below selected suppliers:

- joint venture of ELVIEX general partnership S. PANAGIOTOU & ETETH S.A. – DRITSA KANGLI ABEE, as follows: 70.17% of the total indicative volume of timber of any type, i.e., 3,004 m³ and of a total indicative value of € 571,072.95 (plus V.Α.T.);

- 29.83% of the total indicative volume of timber of any type, i.e., 1,796 m³ and of a total indicative value of € 340,474.86 (plus V.Α.T.) to KYRIAKOS & NIKOLAOS HARAKIDIS S.A. - WOOD TRADING AND PROCESSING, trading as "KNC S.A.",

and signed a six (6) month contract under the terms of the bid request No. 501703/19.4.2017 for a total indicative price of € 911,547.81 (plus V.A.T.).

Subject: Submission for approval of the new standards issues for the selection of service contractors.

The Board of Directors approved the new standards issues to be applied to service contracts.
