EXTRACTS OF MINUTES
OF THE 8th/27.4.2017 MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


Subject: Approval of new standards issued for the selection of contractors and drawing up of project contracts.

The Board of Directors has decided to approve the new standards issued for the selection of contractors and the drawing up of project contracts thereby harmonizing with L. 4412/2016.

Tendering or awarding procedures preceding the effective date of L. 4412/2016 shall be carried out and completed under provisions in force prior to launching thereof.

Subject: Tender No. 502505/4.8.2015 for the supply of parts used in the Low Voltage 3x70 mm² AL + 54,6 mm² AAAC + 25 mm² AL insulated cable.
- Supply of above listed item tendered has been cancelled.
- Validation of results of the above tender and assignment of supply for the remainder of the listed items.

The Board of Directors approved the below:

1. cancel Tender No. 502505/4.8.2015 as to the supply of tendered quantity of list item 1 (32,400 pieces of suspension clamps) of indicatively planned value amounting to 87,480.00 euro because no such proposal has been submitted;

2. validate results of the above tender and assign supply of list items 2, 3, 4 & 5, to the below, both formally and technically acceptable bidders per item:

2.1 ΒΗΜΑΡ ΙΚΕ (VIMAR IKE), assigned with list item 2 for a fixed price of 292,322.00 euro (plus V.A.T.) payable for the delivery of the material to the HEDNO S.A. Regional Warehouses, to be transported by supplier's vehicle.

2.2 ΔΙΓΕΝΗΣ ΑΒΕΕ (Digenis company), assigned with list items 3, 4 & 5 for a fixed price of 622,900.80 euro (plus V.A.T.) payable for the delivery of the material to the HEDNO S.A. Regional Warehouses, to be transported by supplier's vehicle.

The total value of the aforementioned assignments amounts to 915,222.80 euro (plus V.A.T.).
