OF THE 4th/23.2.2017 MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


Subject: Approval for lease of property to accommodate the Units of the Filothei - Kifisia Area of the Department of Attica Region.

The Board of Directors approved the lease of property located on the 11th km of the Athens-Lamia National Road in Metamorfosi, Attica, owned by THE HOLY MONASTERY OF XEROPOTAMOU OF MOUNT ATHOS, with 5.526,30 m2 total floor area, 4.672,68 m2 total surrounding area and 120 designated outdoor parking lots, for a monthly lease of 23.800 euro.
