OF THE 20th/23.07.2020 MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

 

Item: Appointment of Compliance Officer

The Board of Directors decided to appoint Mr Markos Hambakis, as the Company's Compliance Officer, subject to the approval of RAE, pursuant to article 124 para. 8 of Law 4001/2011 and article 20, para. 1 of the Memorandum of Association of the Company.

Item:  Tenders ΔΚΣΔ-160/2180474/11.3.2008 for the execution of the Project titled: “Design, Supply and Installation of the Rhodes GIS 150 kV/MT closed-type Distribution Center” and ΔΔ-182/2100474/4.11.2010 for the execution of the Project titled: “Design, Supply and Installation of the Ampelokipoi GIS 150kV/ΜΤ closed-type Distribution Center” for ABB S.A.

Replacement of ABB S.A. with regard to the execution of the Projects of the above-mentioned Agreements.

The Board of Directors decided the replacement of contractor company ABB S.A. with ABB Power Grids Ellada Monoprosopi AE for Agreements ΔΚΣΔ-160/2180474/11.3.2008 and ΔΔ-182/2100474/4.11.2010, with ABB S.A. still being responsible in whole towards HEDNO S.A. after ABB Power Grids Ellada Monoprosopi AE.

Item: Tender 508801/18.3.2019 for the supply of Three-phase Distribution Transformers, 50 ÷ 1000 kVA (Groups A, B, C and D).

– The tender for the supply of these items has been canceled.        

  • Selection of provisional contractor for the award of the supply of all other items thereof.

The Board of Directors approved the cancellation of tender 508801/18.3.2019 for the supply of Three-phase Distribution Transformers for Groups A, B, C and D, given that for these Groups, the tender resulted in zero technically acceptable bidders after non-extension of the validity of the bid  by economic operator KONCAR D&ST for the materials of these Groups and the validation of the results and the selection of KONCAR D&ST as the provisional contractor for this tender, for the total number of items of Group D, for the total readjusted price of EUR 3,927.002.00 (plus VAT), for delivery of the materials to the Regional warehouses of HEDNO SA, on vehicle owned by the contractor.

Item: Tender 507902/16.9.2019 for the supply of software for network distribution development designs, technical support and maintenance.

– Final listing of admissible bids for the above tender.

- Selection of provisional contractor for the award of said supply.

The Board of Directors approved the final listing of admissible bids for tender 507902/16.9.2019 for the supply of software for  network distribution development designs, technical support and maintenance and the selection of PROTASIS S.A. as the provisional contractor for the above tender, for the total price of EUR 687,600.00 (plus VAT). (plus EUR 50,960.00, amount pertaining to the option right), for delivery to the central services of HEDNO S.A. in Athens.
