OF THE 10th/09.04.2020 MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

 

Subject:     Agreement no. ΔΔ-206/2151104/24.6.2015 with “S.Ch.S. SA” for the Project: “Area of Mesogeia Networks” of the Directorate for the Region of Attica.

Establishment of an Amicable Settlement Commission for resolving disagreement issues that arose during the execution of the above Agreement.

The Board of Directors concluded acceptance of the request of “S.Ch.S. SA” of Agreement no. ΔΔ-206/2151104/24.6.2015 for execution of the following Project: “Area of Mesogeia Networks” of the Directorate for the Region of Attica for resolving disagreement issues that arose during the execution of this Project through amicable negotiation and the establishment of an Amicable Settlement Commission.

Subject:     Tender No. 515905/21.11.2019 for the supply of vehicle fuels for HEDNO S.A.Validation of the results of the aforementioned tender and selection of a provisional contractor for the award of the said supply.

The Board of Directors approved the following:

  • the validation of the results and the selection of economic operator “HELLENIC FUELS AND LUBRICANTS SINGLE MEMBER INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL S.A.”, as provisional contractor for tender No. 515905/21.11.2019 for the supply of one million and two hundred thousand (1.200.000) lts of unleaded petrol and five million and eight hundred thousand (5.800.000) lts of diesel, for the vehicles of HEDNO S.A. ΔΕΔΔΗΕ Α.Ε as well as the supply of electronic fuel management services, for the total estimated price of EUR nine million three hundred and forty thousand (€ 9.340.000,00), plus VAT.

The purchase price of fuels shall be the retail one offered at the relevant filling stations.

Economic operator “HELLENIC FUELS AND LUBRICANTS SINGLE MEMBER INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL S.A.” will be providing a year-end consumption bonus to HEDNO SA of EUR 19.00 per one thousands lts.

  • the authorization of the General Manager for Support Operations as the decision-making body to issue a decision after the completion of checking the provisional contractor’s supporting documents either for award or cancellation of the process.
  • the appointment of a General Manager for Support Operations for the signing of this Agreement.
